An important note about the Shop:

The shop is operated by John and Alice Ridge dba Yellowstone Trail Publishers.

All transactions are with them and not the YTA.

The Ridges were participants in the founding of the Yellowstone Trail Association, are active officers, and volunteer major support to the YTA.

When we have personnel to “mind the store” the expectation is that the store will then be operated by the YTA.

Long-term volunteers to provide that support are needed and hereby solicited

On the Yellowstone Trail.

In 1914, the Yellowstone Trail Published a large format 96-page soft cover book as their “First Year Book.”

It documents the founding of the Trail, describes the first meetings of the association, gives the world history of roads, and gives detailed maps of the Trail from Minneapolis to the Yellowstone National Park.

It has many pictures of the road and its towns.

Many ads from 1914 businesses are included.
